drehmoment has been an established name in the consulting industry for over fifteen years. Our focus is on knowledge management, automotive retail consulting and personnel development. Headquartered in Tübingen, we are involved in a large number of projects worldwide and work with major companies such as BMW, Hyundai and VW. Both our working students and junior consultants are an essential part of our team and make a significant contribution to the company’s success. They are heavily involved in projects and take on challenging, creative and varied tasks. Open positions - Working students
We are looking for a working student with 16-20 h/week to support us in the areas of content management, conception, project management and training.
YOUR TASKS
- Conceptual and administrative work in various customer projects in the automotive environment (e.g. BMW, Hyundai, VW) and in medium-sized businesses.
- Creation of qualification and communication concepts, guidelines, presentations, e-learnings and explanatory videos.
- Independent work in the areas of text, image and film.
- Possible areas of application are content management, conception, project management and training.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and creative skills and corresponding references.
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility.
- Affinity for IT-supported processes and digital collaboration.
- Degree in the fields of rhetoric, modern philology, media studies, psychology, education, economics or social sciences or similar.

We are looking for a working student with 16-20 h/week to support us in the areas of websites, digital workplace and software.
YOUR TASKS
- You maintain existing online platforms and ensure their operation.
- You will help with the conception, design and creation of new platforms.
- You restructure and manage our internal web space.
- You will advise our consultants on your qualifications in relevant IT topics.
- You create interfaces between applications for customers and within the internal Digital Workplace.
- You support the further development of internal digital work processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of PHP.
- Experience with webspace administration.
- First contact with CMS (especially WordPress).
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility.Advantageous
- Familiarity with WordPress, Ionos and/or Alpha hosting.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or
- JavaScript knowledge or
- knowledge of C# and SQL.
