drehmoment has been a staple in the consultancy sector for over ten years. With its headquarters in the university town of Tübingen, drehmoment is actively working on various projects across the world. drehmoment’s employees are characterised by their meticulous, flexible and responsive way of working and by their passion and stringent commitment to producing high quality in all projects. Here, the heterogeneous composition of the different company areas enables the development of rather unconventional solutions, always with the aim of ensuring that customer assignments are implemented transparently and as efficiently as possible.
ARMIN MÜLLER
Managing Director
- Has been on board since the beginning as the founder of drehmoment (2008).
- Is familiar with the analogue world of the past and the digital world of today as a ‘digital immigrant’.
- Has over 20 years of experience in change management, both in HR and organisational development.
- Often works as a change manager, consultant and trainer alongside his main job as CEO.

Managing Director
- On board since the beginning, from 2008 as an active partner and from 2015 as a managing partner.
- Manages the internal finance and accounting department.
- Is responsible for HR and office management.
- Oversees marketing.
Philipp Trötschler
Partner
- Manages drehmoment’s operations as COO.
- Is part of the executive team as a partner.
- Is responsible for billing and accounts receivable.
- Has many years of experience in managing project teams (project management, capacity and budget planning, staff appraisals).
- Has done many years of active work in numerous change management projects in organisational development.
Christoph Wolfrat
Senior Consultant
- Is an experienced expert in project management, process documentation and process optimisation.
- Is a product expert, roll-out manager and consultant for knowledge management.
- Is responsible for all in-house sales activities.
- Has interdisciplinary knowledge, thanks to his degree in political and administrative sciences and bioinformatics.
- Has project experience along the entire value chain as a senior consultant.
Marius Lex
Senior Consultant
- Has extensive knowledge in communications and media management, gained through his degree in rhetoric.
- Is a project manager and specialist in knowledge management.
- Is trained and certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in change management.
- Has over five years of experience in designing and implementing e-learning courses and implementing learning management systems.
- Has been implementing and further developing digital workplaces and web management for over five years.
Daniel Renner
Senior Consultant
- Combines scientific analytics with business expertise thanks to his biochemistry and management degree.
- Has over five years of experience in analysing, documenting and optimising processes.
- Sits in requirements management at the interface between systems and processes.
- Has experience in transferring new processes into practice thanks to years of designing and performing training sessions.
Marc Grünewald

- Has years of experience as a service advisor in car dealerships.
- Has over six years of experience in analysing, documenting and optimising processes in dealerships.
- Expert in training and change management, and in specialist topics such as third-party workshops, systems and processes.
- Responsible for the training division.
Lara Müller
Senior Consultant
- Has distinctive analytical skills and always thinks about the people behind the processes thanks to her psychology degree.
- Has over five years of experience in creating, maintaining and further developing guides and online wikis.
- Has comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in quantitative and qualitative surveys.
- Is licensed to DIN 33430 to participate in suitability diagnostics interviews and has extensive experience in moderating assessment centres.

- Worked for six years as a lecturer at the University of Tübingen for blended learning.

René Braun

- Skilled automotive mechantronics technican across different brands with extensive specialist knowledge of the automotive industry.
